Former UConn standouts Rebecca Lobo, Jennifer Rizzotti, Ashja Jones, Maria Conlon, and Barbara Turner also offer their insights on this historic season of basketball.

Hosted and narrated by recent UConn graduate and team member Tahirah Williams, Witness to Perfection: UConn Women’s Basketball 2009 also gives viewers a front-row seat to the exhilarating post-NCAA championship festivities, including the championship rally at Gampel Pavilion, the victory parade in downtown Hartford, and the Huskies’ visit with President Barack Obama at the White House.

For a team that has made a habit of breaking college basketball records with five previous NCAA Championships (two undefeated, no less), the 2008-2009 UConn Women’s Basketball team was truly exemplary…even by their own standards.

The UConn Huskies won every game this season by double digits, a feat never accomplished by any another team, male or female. They trailed their opponents for only 45 minutes for the entire season, including trailing only a total of 37 seconds after halftime. UConn plowed through the NCAA Tournament beating teams by no less than 19 points. This year's Huskies were truly an unparalleled basketball dynasty.
