Yesterday's U.N. Conference on Climate Change kicked things off with Mr. Obama pledging U.S. cooperation in advance of the December meeting in Copenhagen about the issue. But other world leaders are looking warily at a U.S. government that can't get it's domestic cap and trade plan passed, let alone lead a global effort.
