From scratchy silent films to breathtaking high definition, independent films have come a long way. Today, Where We Live, we’ll look at Independent cinema, with author Phil Hall –he’s just written a history of Independent Film. Filmmaker Tom Seymour also joins us to talk about what it takes to make an independent film these days. Plus -George Norfleet from the State department of Culture and Tourism joins us to talk about film making in Connecticut.
