Episode Information

Senator Chris Dodd has been leading Democratic efforts to pass health care reform – now he’s struggling with his own health care issues.
The news late last week that the Senator is suffering from early-stage prostate cancer comes in the middle of his push toward Congressional action on a massive overhaul of our health care and health insurance.
Despite President Obama’s plans – those changes won’t get a vote before the summer recess, and will face increased scrutiny as lawmakers travel home.
