Where We Vote: Richard Blumenthal
When Senator Chris Dodd's poll numbers began to sag last year, many Democrats in the state worried that the seat would be vulnerable to a Republican victory in the 2010 midterm elections. Coming up, Where We Live, we continue our “Where We Vote” series with Attorney General Richard Blumenthal.
