Some of us rode the train to go and work in the towers. Some of us were at home, preparing for a normal Tuesday. Some of us hopped on a plane not thinking that we'd have to find a different way home. None of us thought we'd see what we did six years ago today.
On this 9/11, we're taking time to remember the events of the day that the twin towers of the World Trade Center were attacked along with the Pentagon in Virginia. Another planned attack was foiled by the passengers of United Flight 93, which crashed in a Pennsylvania field.
Because we live where we do, those events touched many of us directly. Coming up, we'll hear from reporter Nancy Cohen, who is live at the site of the World Trade Center, as memorial services begin. And, we'll hear the voices of many Connecticut residents answering a very simple question, where were you on September 11th, 2001?
At the end of show, we suggested a few stories to listen to about September 11.
