The University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington has been struggling for years - and has been the recipient of three state "bailouts" - some say "investments" - since 2000. A planned expansion at the Farmington campus prompted concern from other area hospitals.
Now, the university says cooperation could lead to a new era for health care in the state. UConn President Mike Hogan joins Where We Live to talk about the future of the health center.
