In this episode:

Secretary of State Susan Bysiewicz explains why deceased people remain on active voter rolls.

Steve Kotchko and this week’s featured guest, Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz (D), will discuss the recent survey finding that 160 out of 169 municipalities in Connecticut have deceased residents still on their voter registration lists. We will also talk about Bysiewicz interest in new ethics reforms measures including revocation of pension for corrupt public officials. Other topics could include: an update on CT's new voting technology, Bysiewicz's own political plans, and the controversy over how the Democratic presidential primary season is playing out.

Also, the “Notes from the Capitol” segment features Keith Phaneuf from the Journal Inquirer and Paul Hughes from the Waterbury Republican-American. They discuss the final days of the state legislative session and the recently announced – and unexpected – budget deficit.
