The Democrats just unveiled their alternative budget and tax plan which includes an income tax hike and corporate tax change.Joining host Steve Kotchko to talk about the budget plans are newsmaker guests Senate President Pro Tem Donald E. Williams Jr.(D) and House Republican Leader Larry Cafero (R).

There will be more budget talk in our “Notes From the Capitol” segment, when Steve will be joined by Keith Phaneuf of the Journal Inquirer. Keith will provide insight and analysis on the both budget proposals and probable next steps in the process.
