James Amann, former House Speaker, will be our newsmaker guest. He jumped into the Democratic gubernatorial field this week, with an announcement Wednesday at the Klein Memorial in Bridgeport. He is the first candidate to go beyond an exploratory committee. Bad news for Jim though in the new Q-poll, he comes in last of the 3 Democratic gubernatorial hopefuls...Secretary of State Susan Bysiewicz comes ahead of Stamford Mayor Dan Malloy...but they all get bodyslammed in matchups with Rell.

From February 5 – 8, Quinnipiac University surveyed 1,603 Connecticut registered voters with a margin of error of +/- 2.5 percentage points. The survey includes 634 Democrats with a margin of error of +/- 3.9 percentage points.
