The special showcases Alfie's magnificent stage presence as he shares with the audience a selection of uniquely inspired renditions from some of the best-loved musicals of all time including Sunset Boulevard, Company, West Side Story and Les Miserables - with Alfie performing his own emotive interpretation of "Bring Him Home" accompanied by Claude Michel Schonberg, one of the original writers of the score. Alfie is also joined on stage with Melanie C for a powerful interpretation of "Come What May" from Moulin Rouge The program also includes an impressively diverse collection of tracks including the impassioned "Maria" from West Side Story, Ewan MacColl's heartfelt "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face," and an emotional performance of Martina McBride's "In My Daughters Eyes."
