Chris Prosperi's Sneaky Chili ingredients: (a NO MEAT CHILI that no one knows has no meat!)
-Chopped up seitan
-Sweet potatos (cubed)
-Spices: chili powder, extra cumin, onion powder, granulated garlic, two cans of chopped tomatos
-12 oz. of your favorite beer
-Vegetable stock broth
-Black beans (2 cans, rinsed in strainer)
-Fresh cilantro (for topping)
Brian Cole's Buffalo Chicken Dip:
-1 block of cream cheese (leave out to soften for an hour)
-Crumbled blue cheese (1/3 to 1/2 pound container)
-1/2 tsp of onion powder
-1-2 tbs Frank's Redhot sauce
-1 can of chicken breast in water, by Hormel, 12.5oz - drain chicken, put breast in bowl
Put in Pyrex baking dish, bake for approx. 10 minutes until bubbly in oven at 400 degrees. Serve with corn chips and celery sticks.
