Episode Information

I stored everything I needed to remember in a mobile phone device called a Sidekick. Maybe you've heard of them. They've been in the news lately because the system backing them up crashed. For me, six years of data, thoughts, ideas, lyrics, appointments, book titles, photos, numbers, emails, reminders were all gone, as if somebody reached down into the full sink of my life and pulled the stopper out of the drain. Glug, glug, glug. ... gone.
So now, I'm like Matt Damon in the "Bourne Identity." Am I married? Am I a trained assassin? I have no clue.
I've heard of this other thing, where people store memories in their heads. Inside their wet spongy tissue with electrical impulses connecting it all together in a network of consciousness. Ewww. How gross is that?
Today on the show, what's-his-name, the host guy, will talk to people who believe we should memorize things.
