Toni Hoover is the Senior Vice President and Director of Groton / New London Pfizer Laboratories.

Toni has held various positions of increasing responsibility and scope within the drug development process. She was Worldwide Portfolio Leader and Vice-President of Global Project Management at Pfizer Global Research and Development for 3 years. She was responsible for providing leadership in late-stage drug development activities for projects in the Oncology and Metabolic Diseases Therapeutic areas, as well as maintaining a team leader role for the development of Pregabalin.

Toni received her B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. from Harvard University in Psychology where she trained in experimental psychopathology and neuropsychological assessment.
