Tom Dudchik

Tom Dudchik's professional career has been a mix of politics, technology and environmental policy. For the past 25 years, Dudchik has been a political insider at all levels of Connecticut politics and government.

He represented the lower Naugatuck Valley towns of Ansonia and Derby in the state legislature in the early '80's, serving as part of the last Republican legislative majority.  Under the state's first independent Governor Lowell Weicker, Dudchik served as Deputy Commissioner for the Connecticut Department of Environmental protection where he managed the natural resources of the State of Connecticut and the waters of Long Island Sound.  Following Dudchik's public service, he helped grow Information Architects, a Charlotte, North Carolina application integration company from zero revenues to 27 million, grew employees from ten to 330 and brought the company to the NASDAQ National Market.

Currently, Dudchik is involved with CTcapitolreport.com, a website focused on local Connecticut news and events and Capitol Watch, a blog covering CT politics.
