Scott McKay wrote for the Providence Jounal for nearly 24 years, where he covered Providence City Hall and the State House.  McKay started his career at the Burlington Free Press after studying History and Political Science at the University of Vermont.  He's been a regular contributor to Rhode Island news programs on both television and radio.
