Dr. Headley is the chair of the SisterTalk Hartford Community Advisory Team, former pastor of Faith Congregational Church an original SisterTalk Hartford participating church.  She has been working with SisterTalk Hartford since the beginning, and is a consultant for the SisterTalk Hartford Resource Center.  Dr. Headley has over 26 years of ministerial experience working with churches and community organizations.  Dr. Headley is President and CEO of Selah Educational Ministries & Resources.
