Orlando Rodriguez is a Demographer and the Manager of the Connecticut State Data Center (CtSDC) at the University of Connecticut (Storrs). The CtSDC is the lead organization in Connecticut for coordination with the U.S. Census Bureau. In Connecticut, CtSDC is the official source of demographic, economic, and social statistics produced by the Census Bureau. CtSDC is taking a lead role in preparation for Census 2010. Orlando has been analyzing population dynamics in Connecticut since 2002. He recently completed the state and town population projections (2005 to 2030) for Connecticut. In addition, he recently published two reports on the demographic impact of Reapportionment on Connecticut.
