Bill Rosenbeck has been the Superintendent of the Connecticut Juvenile Training School since August 23, 2007. Prior to this position, Bill worked for the Department of Youth Services in Massachusetts as the Director of Operations for the Western Region. He began his career in juvenile justice in 1981 as a Outreach and Tracking Worker. He was then the Program Director for the Stephen B. Delany School, a long term sex offender treatment program. Bill also was a Probation Officer for two years before working for the Department of Youth Services.
Bill holds a B.A. degree from University of Massachusetts and a Masters degree in Public Administration from American International College. He is also a adjunct faculty for Springfield College teaching juvenile justice.
