CPTV Sports Announces Game and Program Highlights for November 11-17

Highlights Include LIVE High School Football, plus College Football, Boys High School Soccer, Fenway at 100, Joy of Sox, Beyond the Beat and more

                                                                                     

HARTFORD, Conn. (November 8, 2013) – CPTV Sports is Connecticut’s only 24-hour local sports network, covering statewide high school sports, college match-ups, professional sports competitions and more.

 

For November 11-17, CPTV Sports’ program highlights include:

 

Monday, November 11

6 p.m.               Best of MenTells the inspiring story of Dr Ludwig Guttmann, the man who revolutionized the care of paraplegics and founded the Paralympics.

7:30 p.m.          College Football: Sacred Heart vs. Monmouth

10:30 p.m.         Joy of Sox – Fan energy at Boston Red Sox games is measured to prove how positive emotions are contagious.

 

Tuesday, November 12

7 p.m.               Beyond the Beat – Hosted by broadcast sports journalist Joe Zone, this weekly CPTV Sports talk show features the state’s sportswriters discussing the week in local sports.

7:30 p.m.          Boys High School Soccer: Immaculate at Newtown

9:30 p.m.          Fenway at 100 – Celebrates the centennial of the oldest ballpark in America, and Boston's most popular attraction.

 

Wednesday, November 13

6:30 p.m.          Dreams Go By – A CPTV original documentary about the inspiring story of 16 boys from

Windsor Locks, Connecticut who attained the ultimate dream of a Little League World

            Championship in the summer of 1965.

7 p.m.               Fenway at 100 Celebrates the centennial of the oldest ballpark in America, and                           Boston's most popular attraction.

8 p.m.               High School Football: Naugatuck at Holy Cross
