CPTV Begins Airing The Mind of a Chef, Narrated and Executive Produced by Anthony Bourdain
HARTFORD, Conn. (March 13, 2013) – Connecticut Public Television (CPTV) is making a new addition to its weekend lineup with The Mind of a Chef, which will begin airing on CPTV on Saturdays at 1:30 p.m. beginning on March 23.
The PBS series, narrated and executive produced by Anthony Bourdain – author of Kitchen Confidential and former host of the Travel Channel series Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations – goes inside the mind of innovative Korean-American chef, restaurateur and author David Chang. Combining travel, cooking, history, science and humor, the program follows Chang from
