HARTFORD, Conn. – On this week’s On the Record (OTR), airing on Connecticut Public Television (CPTV) on Friday, February 20 at 8:30 p.m. (with repeats airing on Sunday, February 22 at 10 a.m. and Monday, February 23 at 11:30 p.m.), host Steve Kotchko is joined by James Finley, Executive Director and CEO of Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM), and Scott Slifka, Democratic Mayor of West Hartford and a member of the CCM Board of Directors. They will discuss the impact the state budget crisis and the national recession has had on Connecticut cities and towns.
