Education was the centerpiece of Governor Rell's budget last year, with an historic increase in the Education Cost Sharing Grant.  Her new proposed budget essentially maintains the same level of education funding.  But some say the state ought to continue to increase its investment in education.  WNPR's Diane Orson spoke with Shelly Geballe  president of the advocacy organization Connecticut Voices for Children.
