Our interviews are designed to facilitate conversation and connection.

  • If your skills and qualifications align with the job requirements, we may reach out to schedule a screening.
  • We believe in transparency. If you're not selected to move forward into an interview, expect to receive an email notification with status changes.
  • Interviews often flow through a screening, panel, and in-person interviews. During this process you can expect to meet with various stakeholders, including the hiring manager, peers, a senior leader, and HR.
  • For certain roles, you can expect a skill test, assessment, or we may ask for writing samples or content examples as applicable. You'll have plenty of time to prepare.
Offer extended
Selection:

Expect to receive a conditional offer that includes both a verbal and official offer letter. Every candidate offer undergoes a thorough evaluation, accounting for factors like market value, candidate experience, and internal pay equity practices. We conduct background checks and CT Public utilizes E-Verify for employment authorization verification.

E Verify

E-Verify is a web-based system that allows enrolled employers to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States. E-Verify employers verify the identity and employment eligibility of newly hired employees by electronically matching information provided by employees on the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, against records available to the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
