Hartford Symphony Giveaway – Tchaikovsky’s Fifth

CPBN’s Centers for Excellence is committed to broadcasting an exciting array of arts & cultural events through its Center for Arts & Culture.  Now, in partnership with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, CPBN is offering a pair of tickets for Tchaikovsky’s Fifth on December 3, 4 & 5, 2009 at The Bushnell.  

 

“It will never please the public,” said Tchaikovsky of his Fifth Symphony.  Yet its beautiful melodies have captivated for over a century.  Experience Tchaikovsky’s passionate Fifth Symphony, with other beloved masterworks including Smetana’s “The Moldau,” and Sibelius’ Violin Concerto with concertmaster Leonid Sigal.
