Nearly 100 years ago an American archeologist shipped thousands of antiquities from Macchu Picchu in Peru to Yale University in Connecticut.

Two years ago the government of Peru threatened to sue to get them back last year the two sides hammered out a tentative agreement for Yale to return the material. Now the fate of those artifacts is once again in question. Diane Orson reports .
