Wendolyn B. Hill
reception on Thursday, APRIL 12, 11:30aM-1PM
“A Universal Nature” includes Wendolyn B. Hill’s printmaking, painting, illustration and fiber works produced during her 30 year career as a medical and freelance illustrator. Hill’s images translate the complex appearance of scientific, biological and anatomical concepts into tangible and compelling imagery. Depictions of microscopic subjects, as seen her untitled lithographs offer visual representations that are idealized and developed to reveal their most effective aesthetic and descriptive forms.
Hill instructs Drawing and Two-Dimensional Design at MxCC. She received an M.F.A. from the University of Massachusetts and is a Certified Medical Illustrator ( C.M.I.).
The Niche is located in Founders Hall across from the Registrar’s Office.
Hours: Mondays through Thursdays 8:30am-6pm & Fridays 8:30am-4pm.
