Culture Connect Featured Event

 Simsbury Open Studios is a group of Simsbury painters and potters, who open their home studios to the public for one weekend a year.  This year the event will be held on April 14 and 15, from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.  It is free to the public.  There is a central headquarters at the Ellsworth Center, 800 Hopmeadow St. in downtown Simsbury, where you can see paintings and pots by the various artists, as well as pick up a map to direct you to their home studios.  This is a great way to meet the artists upclose and personal, and some of them will be demonstrating their work for you to watch and learn from.
