Without inner peace, there is no real happiness at all. The more we control our mind, the more our inner peace increases and the happier we become. By training in meditation, we can learn how to free ourselves from mental discomfort, worry and negative states of mind. Understanding this, how can we now gain experience and begin or improve our meditations? In this series, we will learn about the steps to making progress in our meditation practice. Each week, we will focus on an aspect of improving concentration and will apply it to our meditation during that class. Each class includes guided meditation, practical advice from Buddha's teachings and time for questions. No experience necessary… Everyone welcome! Light refreshments provided.
