SHELTON – Trinity Lutheran Church at 183 Howe Avenue in Shelton will host an organ concert performed by noted area organist Dr. Stephen Rapp on Sunday, November 23, 2008 at 4:00 p.m.
 The organ concert will include music from Bach, Mozart, Schumann and Vierne, and will be performed on the church's organ, built circa 1850 by E. G. Hook and Hastings of Boston. The organ was rebuilt in 1923 and refurbished in 1978. It is currently listed in the catalogue of historic American organs.
Dr. Rapp is director of music at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Stamford. A frequent performer in the New York area, this season brings Rapp solo and collaborative performances with the New Haven and Waterbury Symphony orchestras, Yale Camerata and Orchestra New England.
