The 2011 Fairfield Christmas Tree Festival, which will serve as a benefit for St. Vincent’s Special Needs Center in Trumbull, will be celebrating “A Special Year. . .30 Years of Giving” from December 1st-4th. Doors will be open to the public on Dec. 2nd from 10 a.m.- 7 p.m. Dec. 3rd from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Dec. 4th from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Roam the designer-decorated rooms at Fairfield’s Burr Homestead; exquisite trees, decorative items and one-of-a kind wreaths will be for sale; take a photo with Santa, and shop for unique gifts at the holiday boutique.
Visitors can help another charity, the Bridgeport Hospital Auxillary, by purchasing a $5 raffle ticket to win a unique, handmade quilt. Join us at one of our special events such as a preview party gala, children’s event, wine tasting or Christmas tea.
General admission to the Festival is $5-10 and tickets to the special events, which range from $20-$150, can be purchased by visiting the Festival’s website.
