CPBN Media Lab

The Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network (CPBN) Media Lab is a hands-on original content producing educational production unit. Staff members include students from Syracuse, DeSales, Boston University, Muhlenberg, Emerson, SCSU, CCSU, Ithaca, RPI and Springfield College.

Recent CPBN Media Lab projects have included web original features on the Newington Children’s Theatre Company and the UConn Pep Band, three ongoing blogs chronicling the personal effects of the economic crisis, and RoboNation: CT FIRST, a half hour documentary on four Connecticut high school robotics teams broadcast on CTSN, The Connecticut Sports Network.

Current projects include (I)NTERVIEW, a series that uncovers the personal and professional stories from people who work, live and play in Connecticut and the Outdoor Enthusiast.
