As the outrage continues over the bonuses paid to top executives at government propped up American International Group, Congress is trying to recoup some of the bonus money, while also ensuring bailed out institutions like AIG won't compensate executives in the future.  At the center of all of this is Chair of the Senate Banking Committee, Connecticut Senator Chistopher Dodd.  Dodd spoke with Ray Hardman today on Morning Edition.
