Connecticut has lost more than 80,000 jobs so far in this recession, and most observers believe we haven’t yet hit bottom.  That’s focused the minds of legislators and others on the jobs issue like never before.  But some economists think the recession has merely laid bare a continuing trend in Connecticut’s economy that has been eroding our jobs base for more than a decade.  WNPR’s Harriet Jones reports.
